Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

• We ship most orders for a flat fee of $6.00 (Please see individual listings for shipping charges)

Do you ship internationally?

• Currently we only ship within the United States and to Canada. If you are looking to ship outside of the United States or Canada please contact us.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

• We do not accept returns and or exchanges on customized/personalized items due to their unique nature. However, we do understand that things happen. If an items was damaged during shipping, please reach out to us directly and we will work together to correct the issues or concerns and get an exact replacement out to you.
• We do accept returns of non-customized items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery (in original condition) for a full refund back to your method of payment.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
