How long does it normally take before my order is complete?

• We normally have a 2 week processing time, this means that depending on the item, it could take up to 2 weeks for us to create your item(s) and at that point we will ship it out. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, please email us directly and we can let you know if we are able to process your order sooner. Additional charges may apply.

What if I need my order by a certain date?

• Depending on the volume of orders we are experiencing, we would be happy to expedite your order and have it prepared by a certain date for a $10 expediting fee. Please email us directly at tcbdesignsfl@cfl.rr.com if this is the case.
